Cooperation agreement with Asas
On Tuesday, July 12, Riyadh Institute of Technology signed cooperation agreements with Asas Company for the Development and Operation of Industrial Cities, at the Institute’s headquarters in Riyadh. The Institute was represented in signing the agreement by Executive Director Mr. Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Bakri, while Asas Company was represented by CEO Eng. Mutab bin Marzi Al-Anzi. These agreements come in fulfillment of the two parties’ joint responsibility towards society, through integration in qualifying and training the sons and daughters of the nation and attracting competencies to work in companies and factories. The agreement also emphasized enhancing occupational safety and health programs, supporting the qualification of job seekers and raising the skills of workers in this field. Eng. Mutaib stressed that the company seeks, through the Daem initiative, to enhance its permanent participation in raising the level of competencies within the work sectors in the industrial cities. While Mr. Ahmed stressed that the institute, as one of the institutes of the Public Authority for Vocational Training, seeks to be a basic tributary in qualifying and developing the workforce, especially in the industrial sector, through a shared vision to achieve the goals of the nation’s vision.
