Riyadh Institute of Technology launched an intensive training program on “Some Important Applications in the Work System” on May 30-31. This program aims to raise and spread the culture of work system applications and contribute to the administrative development of employees and increase their productive and developmental capabilities. It is part of a group of programs for companies sponsoring the institute. The program included the necessity for the trainee to pass a test before starting the program, which measures the trainee’s knowledge and mastery of the course materials. Then, during the days of the course, he goes through 14 detailed topics that precisely address the work systems, employee rights, and the costs and laws that preserve his rights and regulate his dealings with the entity. He concludes his training journey with a comprehensive test of everything he covered during the two days, in addition to exercises after each chapter. The program targets male and female employees who are on the job, and the goal is to provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their work duties in various fields in government agencies and public institutions efficiently and effectively. These training programs also contribute to raising the employee’s fitness and contributing to creating an attractive and sustainable work environment.
