Blood donation campaign

At RPI, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting worthy causes, and we are pleased to offer employees the opportunity to participate in this life-saving event. We ask that you participate in this noble cause to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Donating blood is a simple yet powerful way to give back to the community and potentially save lives. If you are eligible to donate blood, we encourage you to consider participating in the campaign. Benefits of donating blood: 1. It helps save lives: A single blood donation can save up to three lives by providing urgent blood transfusions to those in critical conditions. 2. Reduces the risk of health diseases: Regular blood donation can help reduce the risk of various health problems such as heart disease, cancer, and increase the amount of iron in the body. 3. Stimulates blood cell production: Donation prompts the body to replenish the blood that has been lost, which stimulates the production of new blood cells. 4. Provides a health check: Before each donation, individuals undergo a screening process that includes blood pressure, hemoglobin levels, and more tests, which constitutes a kind of quick health check. 5. Promotes a sense of well-being: Knowing that you have helped save a life can bring a sense of fulfillment and happiness. Part of the process of organizing the blood donation campaign that was held at the Riyadh Institute of Technology for the institute’s members and trainees, in which the trainees participated by donating blood to serve this dear community.
